Returns and Exchanges

Valgy Jewellery offers returns, refunds and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items returned for a change of mind must be unworn, in their original condition and returned in Valgy packaging with proof of purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email hello@valgy.com.au and we will be in touch with you shortly. Please specify if you would like a refund or exchange in your email. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Valgy Jewellery does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Manufacturer defects

If you believe that you have received a faulty product please get in touch with us within 14 days of purchase. Depending on the fault in your product we will repair the item, or offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note that general wear and tear will not be eligible for repair, refund or exchange. Please refer to our care guide before you wear our pieces.
