Do you ship within Australia?

Yes, we ship to anywhere in Australia. Unfortunately we do not ship worldwide yet, however this is something we are working on. Enquiries from outside Australia are welcome. Please contact hello@valgy.com.au.

How long will it take before I get my order?

Once you have made your order it will usually be dispatched within four business days. We dispatch orders on Fridays. We offer standard delivery for free, and express delivery for $11.95. We ship using Australia Post. Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are currently shipping delays with Australia Post.

What is Valgy jewellery made out of?

Valgy Jewellery is made out of sterling silver, 24 carat Italian rose and yellow gold plate, and natural gemstones. Plating is the process of layering gold onto another base metal. We use sterling silver as our base metal as it is a high quality precious metal.

What are you doing to ensure your label is ethical and sustainable?

Valgy Jewellery prides itself on being a ‘slow fashion’ label. We produce small batch collections, and have a strong relationship with our manufacturer. Our jewellery is made by an ethical, mostly women-run business, in Indonesia.

We aim to keep our packaging at a minimum. If you order multiple pieces they will come packaged in one box. Please leave a comment on checkout if you are purchasing presents for multiple people and would like jewellery separated into individual boxes. We use eco-friendly paper wrap to ensure your jewellery arrives safely to you, and send our parcels in recycled padded Australia Post bags.
